Expressions of interest invited by Dudley Council for Stourbridge Town Hall community asset transfer

Expressions of interest invited by Dudley Council for Stourbridge Town Hall community asset transfer

Dudley Council welcomes community asset transfer expressions of interest from local voluntary and community sector organisations (or a consortium of organisations) who have an innovative vision and the necessary expertise to take over the management of this impressive historic building and make it available for use to the wider community.

The Council wishes to see the site used for the benefit of local residents and must be developed and managed in partnership with the local community.

The primary use of the site must be non-commercial or with profits re-invested back into the local community, resulting in a successful, vibrant and inclusive community managed asset.

Interested parties will be expected to submit a strong business case that is financially sustainable and is able to demonstrate the wider social, economic and environmental benefits required to approve a community asset transfer
