Operations Manager (Part-time)

Salary: £15,000 pa (£25,000 pro-rata pa)

Days: 156 per annum

The Central England Area Quaker Meeting Charities is managed by trustees who are seeking an Operations Manager to support the governance work of the charity and ensure trustees’ compliance with the Charity Commission’s requirements. The post holder will undertake a wide range of operational activities to support the work of the trustees and their five service committees: finance, property, employment, records advisory and governance & compliance.

They are looking for someone who has a wide experience of property and financial management and other operational tasks in the charity sector. The work is varied and interesting, but the time requirements are necessarily unpredictable and irregular. Some evening work will be required to meet with Trustees and their committees.

You will be home based and working with the teams of volunteers who currently manage the property, finances and human resources in this busy charity with centres across the West Midlands. You will be used to managing your own work and time and working independently. They expect that this will appeal to a professional person with a portfolio of interests and involvements which would fit in with this role.
